I flew with Gulf Air last week the plane was in really good shape. The seats were clean, the cabin felt fresh rather than worn out, and everything seemed to be working properly. Even the toilets were kept tidy throughout the flight, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I felt safe the whole way. No real complaints from me.

I booked my flight through gulfair.com, and overall it was okay. Nothing went seriously wrong, but the whole process wasn’t exactly super smooth either. A few of the pages took longer to load than I expected, so there were moments where I wasn’t sure if the site was still working or if I needed to refresh, which I didn’t want to do because I was worried it might mess up the booking. The baggage information also wasn’t as clear as I would’ve liked, so I ended up going back and checking it twice just to make sure I understood what was included and what wasn’t. That part could definitely be laid out better. On the positive side, the payment went through without any issues, and I received the confirmation email soon after, so that was reassuring. I’d say it wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those bookings where the website gets the job done but could use a bit of polishing.

I been to the Gulf Air lounge and it was okay, not really bad but not great either. The food choices feel kind of limited, and the seats was looking a bit old. The staff were nice though, so that helped a little.

The first flight did push back about 10 minutes late, but it still got in when it was supposed to, so it didn’t really affect anything. The return flight was close enough to on time too. Overall I’d give it 4 stars, everything went well and the timing was good, just not totally perfect...

Flew Gulf Air last week and the entertainment was better than I expected. The screen worked fine, there was a decent mix of movies, and I found a couple of newer releases that helped pass the time. I do wish they had more TV episodes though, and the touchscreen lagged a bit here and there, which felt avoidable. Still, overall it made the flight go by faster

I had a stressful connection with Gulf Air through Bahrain. My first flight was a bit late, and then the next gate felt like it was miles away. There wasn’t much clear info or help, which made the whole thing way more tense than it needed to be. The staff weren’t rude or anything, but they also weren’t exactly helpful. I did make the flight in the end, THANKFULLY, but then my baggage showed up late too. Not the worst trip I’ve ever had, but definitely tiring and badly organised

Boarding was smoother than I expected. I can’t remember if they started right on time or a few minutes early, but either way the lines kept moving and the staff were clear about where everyone needed to go. It felt organized and there wasn’t really any stress at the gate.

Customer service took a while to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but once they replied they fixed the issue for me, so all good in the end

Had a disappointing experience with the cabin crew, to be honest. When I asked a couple of simple questions, they came across as rude and like they really couldn’t be bothered. It felt like passengers were just annoying them, which was not great. Not really what I expected from Gulf Air.

They cancelled my flight, and I was, i was frustrated with how it was handled. The refund took way longer than expected, and every time I contacted support, I just got vague replies that didn’t really answer anything.

I paid more for this ticket than I would have with other airlines, so I guess I expected the experience to feel a little more complete. Instead, it felt like every small thing was extra and the higher price didn’t really translate into better service. For me, it was a reminder that paying more doesn’t always mean getting more. I don’t think I’d book with them again.

Trying to book was way more annoying than it needed to be. The website kept loading so slowly, like every page needed a coffee break, and then the app crashed on me twice. Twice. I eventually got it done, but the whole process took ages. And don’t even get me started on the ‘manage booking’ section, it’s confusing for no reason. It technically works in the end, but wow, it really needs sorting out.

I joined FalconFlyer thinking the perks might actually be useful. Silly me. The points expire so fast it feels like they’re on a countdown timer, and upgrades? I’m sure those are just a myth they mention to keep things exciting. Overall, it’s nice to have a loyalty program that makes you feel absolutely not rewarded.

Check-in was painless. I was just hoping not to lose time dealing with issues or risk any last-minute stress, and I got my boarding pass without any hassle.

Well... the help showed up later than I expected, but once they got there, everything worked out fine.
